Privacy Policy

Hariboo Madness does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to Beach Lab in order to play.

Game settings and progress are handled on your device or through services you choose to use. Optional Apple services and Google AdMob may process information as described below.

The App may use Apple services available on your device. Apple processes information used by those services under Apple's own policies and terms.

• Game Center for achievements and leaderboards.
• iCloud for saving and synchronizing game progress.
• StoreKit for optional in-app purchases. We do not receive your card or payment details.
• System notifications if you choose to allow them.

The App offers optional rewarded ads provided by Google AdMob. You decide whether to watch an ad in exchange for the in-game reward shown before the ad starts.

When an ad is requested or displayed, Google may collect or process your IP address, approximate location derived from it, device or app identifiers, advertising data, ad and product interactions such as views and taps, crash logs, diagnostic information and performance data. The exact data processed depends on your device, region, consent choices, ad type and Google configuration.

Google may use this information to provide and measure ads, prevent fraud, perform analytics and improve its advertising services. Google retains and deletes this information according to its own retention policies.

Beach Lab does not independently store advertising data collected directly by Google AdMob.

Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) manages consent and privacy choices where required. You can review or change these choices from Settings in the App when this option is available.

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address and message.

We use it only to respond to your request, provide support or consider feedback. Beach Lab retains support emails only for as long as necessary to respond and meet any applicable legal obligations, then deletes them. We do not use support messages for advertising or promotional email.

We take reasonable measures to protect information you voluntarily share with us against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. We require external providers that process information for the App to provide protection equal or equivalent to that described in this policy and required by applicable law.

Beach Lab does not knowingly request personal information from children. Google may process information when ads are requested as described above. If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns about a child's information, contact us so we can review your request.

• You can use the App without creating an account.
• Rewarded ads are optional; you can choose not to request or watch them.
• You can review or change the consent choices managed by UMP from Settings in the App when this option is available.
• You can manage Apple services and notification permissions in your device settings, and ask us to delete personal information you previously sent in a support message, subject to any legal obligations.

We may update this policy when the App or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page will show the latest revision.
